Anyway, I was told on my June 21st phone call (there have been at least 15 calls and, almost as many tickets taken out since April 13th) that the I.T. Numerous times I was told that I have multiple accounts there and that was why there was a confusion but, that is their confusion since, I have only ever shopped there with the same OTC card and insurance ID number and, for years. The order is now marked: "Refunded" as if it was a "done deal" but, I have received no refund yet and, it is now July 5th. It was our mistake and we will give you a refund.". But, they shipped the canceled order to me anyway on April 13th so, I called on the 13th and the agent said: "Yes, the order was canceled and we mistakenly shipped it to you it to you. The cancellation did go through as the older order was marked "Canceled" before I put the newer order in. I put in an order on April 9th, 2023 for $47 in the late evening and a few hours later, I canceled the order (about 12am) on April 10th, 2023 and put in another order for about $27 with less items. "NB" my plan is paid for by CMS government funds, if the administrator is at breach it leaves no other choice, but to seek another remedy to ensure all due benefits are paid accordingly to the plan expeditiously 7/4/23, no card, spoke with a rep did not want to disclose his name, advised could see grocery benefit & OTC only for 7/23, '23 reward, advised he would fllw/u w/ Dasia& supervisor.

Rep ******* explained (on a recorded line) that NB system outdated, inputs incorrect information & rarely has any correct information regarding clients, transferred to Dasia, explained NB system issues, explained ******* did not process correctly, advised that she would file all necessary paper work to rcv all missed benefits to date. to fllw/up Jan-June 2023, June '23 rep ******* explained (on a recorded line) there was a glitch on acct she went into detail about issue & why it caused me not to receive '22 &'23 benefits, claimed she would complete a grievance to rcv, advised she contacted department to fix glitch would expedited card to rcv' by 7/1/23.

1/1/23 plan started, contacted "NB" several times w/ plan on conference call, rep ********* escalated & advised be in contact, the plan/ myself never heard back. *Note limited characters*Nations Benefit "**" issuer of benefits of my ******** advantage plan, plan verified eligible & enrolled 1/1/22 to receive benefits, contacted "NB" 1/5/22 w/inq regarding benefits.
